Services We Offer
The Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic offers two opportunities to receive services:
- The Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic (ELC)
The Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic is a transactional clinic, in that ELC students work on transactions crucial to startup companies, such as business entity formation, financing, operational contracts, company policy, website terms of service, and intellectual property licensing. Please note that although the ELC can take on projects relating to intellectual property contracts, the ELC does file patent, trademark, or copyright registration, but does not do litigation (lawsuits). Broncos Entrepreneurs Advisory Clinic is a by-appointment brief advising session, in which business owners and entrepreneurs meet with an experienced licensed pro bono business attorney and student volunteers about business legal issues or concerns they may have. The sessions are for a set time, typically between 30 and 60 minutes. Read more about these services.
