Two members of Santa Clara Law’s Immigration Law Society, Osvaldo Hidalgo Otamendi and David Doyle, testified in a packed public hearing before the Santa Clara County Human Rights Commission to oppose proposed changes to the county’s Sanctuary Jurisdiction policy.
