Each year the Santa Clara Computer & High Technology Law Journal presents a symposium devoted to emerging trends in intellectual property and technology-related law. Focus for the 2005 event is on legal and regulatory issues arising from online worlds and video game environments. Panelists from game, film, and computer companies, law firms and academia will chair the following sessions.
Lunch time presentation is by Wendy Seltzer of the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
