Franky Carrillo, a wrongfully convicted prisoner exonerated through the work of the Northern California Innocence Project (NCIP), is one of eight exonerees profiled on the Netflix series “The Innocence Files”. He was freed in 2011 after serving 20 years for a murder he didn’t commit.
