The Santa Clara Computer & High Technology Law Journal today announced the appointment of its Volume 21 Editorial Board.
“In marking our twentieth anniversary, the Journal has witnessed many accomplishments this year, in both honoring its past contributions and laying the foundation for the Journal’s continued development,” said outgoing Editor-in-Chief, Mehdi Khodadad. “We are confident that our incoming editorial board, backed by their considerable talents and expertise, will only serve to build upon these successes and further the Journal’s leadership in its coverage area.”
The Journal’s incoming executive team consists of the following Santa Clara University law students:

Dutcher, Editor-in-Chief, comes to the Journal with nearly ten years of experience in business development and other roles with technology companies in Silicon Valley, including Sun Microsystems where he was a summer associate in the legal department working with the marketing and brands group. Mr. Dutcher is a JD candidate for 2005 and holds a BA, magna cum laude, in management from Menlo College.
Stacy L. Asato, Managing Editor, brings to the Journal a wealth of experience in marketing and law over a broad geographic area that includes Japan and Germany, as well as Silicon Valley. In addition to being a JD candidate for 2005, Ms. Asato is also an MBA candidate. She also holds a BA, cum laude, in Asian studies from Pomona College.

The Journal’s incoming editorial board will begin their tenure upon the completion of the requisite transition process and publication of Volume 20, Issue 4 in late May 2004.
