You embody the qualities that we seek: creative scholarship with teaching, collegiality and collaboration with faculty and students, and incorporation of intellectual foundations for ethics and justice.”

A graduate of Harvard Law School, Yosifon joined the Santa Clara Law faculty in 2006. He teaches Business Organizations and Professional Responsibility, and his scholarship focuses on corporate governance law and corporate social responsibility. He is the author of Corporate Friction: How Corporate Law Impedes American Progress and What To Do About It (Cambridge University Press, 2018).
