Catherine Sandoval, former California Public Utility Commission (CPUC) commissioner spoke with KOFY-SF about PG&E’s malfeasance and that the company is hiding problems with their equipment. According to Professor Sandoval, PG&E is engaging in criminal thinking by continuing to resist requirements to keep up-to-date records on their equipment, specifically how old their equipment is.
