Santa Clara University School of Law and the Law and Business Club are sponsoring a discussion with Chancellor William Chandler III of the Delaware Court of Chancery on Thursday, April 23rd at noon in Bannan Hall, Room 139. Pizza will be provided.
The Court of Chancery is, according to many commentators, the most important judicial forum for American corporate and business law. Chancellor Chandler has participated in many of the most significant corporate law cases decided in America for the past 20 years and this provides Santa Clara Law students with an opportunity to learn more about the Chancery Court and the key issues facing corporations and business entities. The one hour forum with the Chancellor will feature a discussion involving several Santa Clara Law faculty members.
