On March 31st, 2017, the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA) hosted its 36th Annual Banquet at China Stix Restaurant in Santa Clara. The event was attended by 170 alumni, attorneys, professors, and students, and featured a keynote speech by California State Assemblymember Evan Low of the 28th District who issued a call to action and reminded the packed house of their obligations to the general public. Mr. Low also recognized APALSA for their continued service to the legal profession and Asian Pacific Islander community.
