The Office of Career Management (OCM) partners with students to develop the skills they need to secure the careers they want. They also provide opportunities for employers to engage with students. Our location in Silicon Valley enables our students and alumni to gain experiences at some of the most innovative companies, as well as positions related to social justice and traditional legal experiences with all sizes of law firms.

Debbie SnyderThere are a couple of new faces on the OCM staff this year. Debbie Snyder, Assistant Dean of Career Management, began on July 1, 2021. She brings with her 12 years of experience as the Director of Recruiting for a large national law firm, as well as six years of experience at a law school in career services and admissions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the College of William & Mary and a master’s degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs from Indiana University.

Leonard LunLenny Lun also joined the staff on July 1, 2021 as the Director of Employer Relations & Adjunct Professor. Lenny spent over a decade as an executive with the Bar Association of San Francisco and has also worked for various sports, entertainment, and retail organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance & International Business from McGill University and a J.D./M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.
