The Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center denounces the rescission of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. As part of Santa Clara University, we share the University’s position and stand in solidarity with the 800,000 young immigrants currently protected by the DACA program and will collaborate with legal services and community-based organizations to advocate on their behalf.

DACA benefits our communities and country, and giving young people tools to pursue their dreams strengthens us all. We will continue to serve our clients and immigrant families as partners in their efforts to maintain security and economic stability as integral members of our community. Through our advocacy and activism, we won’t stop seeking just solutions for DACA recipients and their families.  The links below provide useful information
