Summer Abroad Photo and Video Contest

Are you or your classmate making or attending a cool presentation? Are you visiting a famous landmark? Are you doing something fun or adventurous? Capture a photo or video of your experience and #SCULawAbroad on Instagram!! There are no limits to how much you can post so post early and post often!
At the end of the summer, you’ll have an opportunity to submit your best photos and videos to CGLP@scu.edu and win awesome prizes! See details below.
Photo contest:
We are looking for the BEST photo from EACH Summer Abroad Program. There is no limit to how many you can submit. Photos can be of groups, landscapes, unique places, etc. We do ask that there be at least two people in photos featuring people (ex. no selfies). Please note the location of the photo in the file name or include it in the email. Photos can come from summer programs and externship locations.
Grand Prize: $50 Amazon Gift Card for best photo of the summer!
Other Prizes: $25 Amazon Gift Card for best photo from each program
Video contest:
We are looking for the BEST video montage for the Summer Abroad Programs. The more variety of activities you include, the better! Videos must be taken horizontally and be no longer than one minute in length. Please include segments with people, as the video cannot be made with only landscapes, cool buildings, etc. Submit your finished one-minute videos to CGLP@scu.edu with “Contest ‘City Name’” in the subject line. Limit 2 video submissions per student per program.
Top Prize: $100 Amazon Gift Card for BEST video montage of the summer!
2nd Prize: $75 Amazon Gift Card
3rd Prize: $50 Amazon Gift Card

Please be tasteful and use your best judgment regarding content and safety in taking and posting photos and videos. Please also be respectful of local rules during your site visits. CGLP does not endorse the taking of photos or videos where prohibited.
