AIPLEF AWARDS
Santa Clara Law can nominate one student to compete for various national awards administered by the American Intellectual Property Law Education Foundation, including the prestigious Jan Jancin Award with a cash prize of $5,000. The nominated student will need to prepare a more complete application after selection. Santa Clara graduating students have won this award in 3 of the last 7 years, including last year.
ABA-BNA AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN THE STUDY OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Santa Clara Law will designate up to six students as winners of the ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property Law, administered by the American Bar Association’s Section of Intellectual Property Law and The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc.
