Rupa Bhandari is a graduate of the School of Law, Class of 2005.  After graduation, Prof. Bhandari spent three years practicing employment law at a large firm and then a startup law firm.  She then spent the next 13 years at two different law schools in leadership roles for the Career Office and/or Student Services focusing on the student experience, their professional identity formation, and streamlining systems and processes to better support the students. In 2021, she transitioned into a legal operations role for Silicon Legal Strategy, the premier boutique law firm providing advice to technology startups, innovative entrepreneurs and seasoned investors. In addition to streamlining business processes, she also focuses on lawyer professional development training initiatives for the firm.
