Robin is a trial attorney specializing in white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, and SEC and other government investigations and enforcement matters. From 2006 through 2022, she worked in the San Francisco Bay Area at large, multi-national law firms. Prior to entering private practice, Robin served for five years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. As a federal prosecutor, Robin investigated and prosecuted cases involving wire fraud and mail fraud, money laundering, organized crime, terrorism, child exploitation crimes, and narcotics violations. Robin maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on representation of indigent clients in immigration, domestic abuse, and criminal proceedings.
Robin received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and her law degree from Columbia Law School. In between, she received a Master’s Degree in Latin American Studies from Stanford, and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. Following law school graduation, Robin served as a law clerk for Honorable Lewis A. Kaplan, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.
