Nicholas Emanuel is a judicial attorney for the California Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District.

Prior to joining the court, he was in private practice for ten years.  He represented clients in trial and appellate courts throughout California, taking a particular interest in class action and civil rights litigation.  His appellate cases resulted in multiple published opinions.

He has been a lecturer at Santa Clara since 2014.
