Mark D’Argenio is a litigation partner at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, where he specializes in environmental disputes, construction litigation, tort and injury defense, and appellate practice.  He represents a variety of clients, including some of the nation’s largest builders and environmental professionals.  While in law school, Mark participated in several moot court competitions, both as a competitor and as a coach.  In 2005, he won the National Moot Court Competition and the Prince Evidence Moot Court Competition.  In addition to his adjunct lecturing duties, Mark currently enjoys serving as an alumni coach for various moot court competition teams.
