Kelly is a patients’ rights attorney, who represents clients who are involuntarily committed to psychiatric hospitals. She conducts investigations and monitors psychiatric facilities for compliance with patients’ rights laws. She also has extensive experience working in the public interest sector including representing the elderly in elder abuse cases and representing migrant workers in employment based litigation.
