Janice Kirk is VP & General Counsel at Samsung Research America where she leads the legal and patents team and is responsible for all aspects of legal, compliance, and governance matters at its 9 locations.  Prior to joining Samsung, Janice was Head of Commercial, Associate General Counsel at Logitech Inc. where she guided the legal strategy for the company’s global hardware and software product portfolio and led a team that partnered with all business groups and advised on the development and launch of new products and technologies.  Before Logitech, Janice held various roles, including Senior Director & Regional Counsel, at technology and supply chain solution provider Ingram Micro, where she handled a wide range of legal issues.  Prior to going in-house, Janice worked as a banking and real estate associate at Phillips Lytle.
