Alison Malsbury is a partner at Ragghianti Freitas LLP. She focuses her practice on corporate and intellectual property transactions, as well as regulatory compliance in emerging industries including cannabis and hemp. She advises clients on brand strategy and intellectual property protection, contracts, entity structuring and formation, and cannabis regulatory compliance in both California and Washington. Alison has a robust practice representing celebrities on their cannabis endorsement and investment deals and helping cosmetic and skin care companies navigate the complicated laws involving hemp and CBD.

In 2019, Alison was awarded with the National Law Journal Trailblazer Award for her work on intellectual property and celebrity cannabis deals.
