Tentative Schedule
Santa Clara Law welcomes representatives of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including members of the Office of Patent Quality and administrative patent judges from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, to a full day conference on recent initiatives to enhance patent quality and PTAB proceedings.
The conference will conclude with a live PTAB hearing in Ariosa v. Illumina (IPR 2014-01093) (pending approval).

Refund will be made only if cancellation is received by AIPLA no later than August 14, 2015 and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
