Santa Clara is once again holding our Meet the Employers: Preview to Fall Recruitment event. This is a great opportunity for firms, corporations, and organizations planning to recruit this fall at Santa Clara Law to gain early access to students participating in fall 2019 on-campus interviews. Please join us in the beautiful new law school building to introduce yourself and your firm or organization to our students in a casual setting over drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
We encourage all students planning to participate in fall OCI to attend and expect to have students with a wide range of interests there. Therefore, even if you will be attending our High Tech Information Fair, this event will be valuable.
We will provide each participating organization with a table space to display informational brochures, handouts, business cards, table banners, and other branded materials.
We will send registration information for our fall OCI program separately, but please find below the key dates for our fall 2019 recruitment program:

Sponsorships are most welcome and encouraged. Any organizations or firms that sponsor the event will receive special recognition at the event and our sincere gratitude. In addition, sponsors will receive:
Gold Sponsors ($700 or more)
All benefits provided to Silver Sponsors, plus:
- Full page color advertisement in event information booklet for students
- Logo on signage at food and beverage tables at event
- Logo displayed at student and employer sign-in tables at event
Silver Sponsors ($450)
All benefits provided to Patron Sponsors, plus:
- Half-page color advertisement in event information booklet for students
Patron Sponsors ($350)
- Event registration fee waived

Logistics
We will provide each participating organization with a 6’x 4’ table. Participating attorneys may bring business cards, brochures, and other branded materials to give to participating students.
Materials may be shipped in advance, but must arrive no later than Monday, March 25:

Directions and Parking
Parking information for registered employers:
Enter Santa Clara University at our main entrance at 500 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA (across the street from the Cal Train station). Enter the left-hand lane and stop at the campus safety kiosk. The officer will explain where to park.
