Judson graduated from Santa Clara Law in 1993. After graduation, Judson worked in Intellectual Property law before turning to executive-level management. Eventually, he merged his expertise by becoming the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Cable Labs for over 20 years. During his time working at non-profits, Judson delved into the broadband and cable industry throughout his career. Now, he moves from the private sector to the public, leaving SCTE ISBE and Gridmetrics. His current goal is to ensure that 99% of Coloradans are connected to high-speed data Internet services by 2027.
