Catherine Sandoval and Al Hammond filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court on FCC v. Prometheus Radio Broadcasters

Catherine Sandoval and Al Hammond filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in the FCC v. Prometheus Radio Broadcasters case, with the help of students Robert Murillo JD ’21 and Rosa Rico JD ’22. Both professors have been working on the impact of the FCC’s media ownership rules on minorities and women for over twenty-five years, and Professor Sandoval was Counsel of Record for the brief.
