David Fligor has been an attorney in Silicon Valley for nearly 20 years primarily focused on intellectual property strategy and technology and IP licensing. Mr. Fligor received his juris doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center and has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Fligor started his legal career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, has held senior in house legal and business roles in several technology companies and has founded two boutique law firms. He is currently in private practice in Los Altos and is a member of the State Bar of California and registered to practice as a patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
