Mattia M. Corsiglia teaches Critical Lawyering Skills and the Externship Workshop, engaging students with developing practical lawyering skills.

Mattia is an accomplished trial lawyer, first working as a Senior Associate at Jones Day litigating a variety of complex cases in the areas of commercial, antitrust, securities and class-action litigation. He currently works in the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, Major Fraud and Insurance Fraud Units, prosecuting complex white-collar crime. At the District Attorney’s Office, he has prosecuted hundreds of felony criminal cases, overseen numerous multi-million dollar fraud investigations, and first-chaired numerous criminal jury trials to verdict.
