Hopefully you’ve heard the good news by now: United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is opening a satellite office in the Silicon Valley this fall! And over the next year, we plan to hire up to 80 of the West Coast region’s top talent in the fields of Computer, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. So we’re looking to connect with potential candidates right now!
To help spread the word about our upcoming open vacancies in May, a team of recruiters from USPTO’s Patent Corps will be hitting the road next week! Starting Monday, April 13 through Friday, April 17th, in their first-ever Recruitment Road Trip where the Patents team will be connecting with Engineering students and Faculty at 12 colleges and universities in Northern and Southern California!
The team will be participating in career fairs, hosting special information sessions and conducting Meet & Greets with both Faculty and student-run Engineering organizations.
Stops on the road trip include: Berkeley, Cal State Sacramento, Caltech, Chico State, UC Davis, Fresno State, San Jose State, Santa Clara Univ, UC Santa Cruz, Stanford, UCLA and USC.
