Other Santa Clara Law faculty have frequently contributed to public information by commentary on current issues.  In January, 2006 Professor Brad Joondeph was interviewed for two newscasts by NBC, Channel 11 about (then) Supreme Court nominee, Samuel Alito.  Also in January, 2006, Professor Gerald Uelmen was quoted in an article in the San Jose Mercury News about the job responsibilities that lay ahead for Carol Corrigan, California’s newest Supreme Court Justice.  Professor Ellen Kreitzberg wrote an op-ed piece for the San Jose Mercury about the 1000th Execution and was also interviewed by KCBS radio and NBC Channel 11 news about the executions of Tookie Williams and Clarence Ray Allen.
