Santa Clara University School of Law professor and former dean, Gerald Uelmen, wrote an article for the December 2006 issue of California Lawyer magazine. The article, “Californians at the Hague,” describes his two-week immersion trip with 19 law students to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
