Santa Clara Law Professor Colleen Chien testifies before Congress for the hearing on "The International Trade Commission and Patent Disputes"
Professor Colleen Chien was one of five witnesses that testified on July 18, 2012 before the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Intellectual Property, Competition and the Internet, about the current use of the International Trade Commission for patent disputes, and whether Congress needs to take action to further regulate the ITC.
